Pre-Onboarding Activities

For Your New Account

 

Get ready for your onboarding with ShowMojo! If you have not done so already, please complete the following before your on boarding session. For any item or action you do not understand, please leave the default settings and make a note to bring it up during the onboarding session.

1- Log in to ShowMojo, so the links below take you to the correct pages.

2- If you want ShowMojo to automatically import your listings, please log-in to your ShowMojo account and set up your listing import on this page:

3- Read and complete each section on the General Settings page

Please OPEN all tabs – read each, then click EDIT and read section prior to moving on.
NOTE: If you aren’t ready for ShowMojo to start scheduling showings, you can temporarily turn off listing syndication in the Listing Syndication section

4- Read and complete each section on the Communication Settings page

5- Read and complete each section on the Calendar Settings page
https://showmojo.com/settings/scheduling

6- On the Calendar page, update the default account calendar and add more calendars (with specific listing assignments) as necessary.

Regarding the onboarding session:

  • Please find a quiet place to be on a phone and a computer for the webinar and phone call.
  • This is the time to have two people watching and listening if needed. For example: Your Account Administrator, Decision Maker and Web Specialist.
  • Please set aside 30 minutes for this webinar and Q&A.
  • Plan to be set online and on the phone two minutes prior to start time.
