Wow, we here at ShowMojo believe we are on the cusp of something huge. This summer, we looked into our data on prospect behavior — relating to the time of day prospective renters search for listings, when they submit their showing appointments, and the device they use for these activities. We found some pretty surprising trends.
The results are now in from this summer’s survey of prospects who scheduled their showings online via ShowMojo clients. We are ecstatic about the results, and quick to announce that it seems like we’re onto something real.
