Allow for a pre-scheduled “open house” type option, that won’t count against the number of showings in a given week. For example, if an agent preferred to stagger a series of showings throughout the course of a day, they would be able to get potential applicants to piggyback on those showings without giving a false count on the showings that had actually occurred. And if no one were to show, the appointment could be cancelled without recording it as a cancelled appointment.
