Summary: Ability to group showings by location, while retaining the options to control the number of showings per day/week.
Be able to group multiple listings at the same property into the same showing slot (not window). We wouldn’t use this for a large community, but perfect for a 4-6 unit building with 2 vacancies, etc. We can show both units to all prospects at the same time and increase the frequency of showings for both units. Maybe one is priced $50 more so it shows up in searches less often. Prospect sees it along with the lower priced listing, and applies because he likes the higher priced listing much better than his original appointment, etc.
Also, be able to group adjacent listings together. We show a lot of row homes and apartments in row homes, and may have a few side by side. Technically this is another “property,” but it’s a 15 ft walk from one property to the next to show a unit that is similar or exactly the same. This should be one slot.
