Better history of a particular person. I seem to have lots of people that keep moving their appointment forward within 2 hours before the appointment (consequently I think my bookings are full only to have 1/2 of them reschedule immediately before the showing). I would love to see that history and then blacklist them after they do it a few times.
Or, I have tenants that have come through multiple properties maybe over the course of 30 days. I would like to see their entire history ever.
Right now the history function is not very useful
