Create a pre-showing marketing option where we can advertise properties that we know are coming available but aren’t yet ready for showings. Prospects could be put on “a waiting list” that is then emailed or texted with showing instructions as soon as we indicate that home is ready for showings.

That would be absolutely amazing, as we could start taking names for when the property would be closer to completion and market to people interested in that particular property. Other scheduling sites already have this feature and we are lacking here.
Yes. Also, please fix the bug where when a listing that is scheduled to be available for showings a month out, but calendar only allows 15 days in advance, system defaults to prospect-proposed showtimes. I simply want them not to be able to schedule until 15 days out. Combine this with the “waiting list” described here and it makes a lot more sense.
