Give prospects a reason for declining showing when based on questionnaire answers. Also allow them to alter their answers for certain questions.
For example, we constantly get people interested in a place bu want to move in before it is available. We want to decline folks who need to move in before it is ready, but we want to show it to anyone who is flexible. They should get a message saying why they are declined for this question because it is not as crucial as a pet question, or criminal conviction, etc where we don’t want them to change their answer just to see the place. We recently changed the settings to email us when a person was declined and we’ve been surprised just how many people this and our credit questions affect. We think doing it the current way is reducing our overall showings, but not necessarily in a constructive way. More control please!
