I’d like to see a blacklist feature: I’ve had cases when a prospect has scheduled a showing, confirmed and never showed several times in a row. I’d like to be able to click a link and blacklist them, preventing them from the ability to continue to book new appointments.

One time we had someone place a holding deposit and then changed her mind. She was furious that her deposit was not returned. We want to be able to place a property back on the market without allowing someone like her to enter the unit again. A blacklist is a good idea.
