Improve Codebox Rent Manager integrations by
A:Auto add to the authorized codebox phone #’s for code by text to pull from the owners’ cell # in Rent Manager
B: Do the same as above for tenants who are moving out (by using the field “Expected move out date” so they can generate codes to put the keys in the box once they move out , pulling Rent Managers primary cell # for the tenant
C: Once a tenant has moved out, disable their ability to access Codes by tenant
D: For both owners and tenants, only allow code by text for their properties that are linked in Rent Manager (to avoid them having full access to all our codeboxes when this is not needed)
E: Auto notify Owners and tenants when their permissions have been enabled/disabled as above
F: Provide tenants automatically the codes by text for their lockbox for the expected move out date showing in Rent Manager (so they tenants do not need to use the Codeby Text feature)
