It would be nice to be able to set each property with a specific showing duration. A 5 bedroom house will take longer to tour than a studio apartment?

It would be nice to be able to set each property with a specific showing duration. A 5 bedroom house will take longer to tour than a studio apartment. I would recommend having a basic setting as is already available, and then be able to customize each property if necessary.
