There should be a option under “Number of bedrooms” to choose “Rent by the room”. Many places I show rent individual rooms instead of apartments so it would be great if they could be sorted into their own category. It can be misleading to have a listing show up in as a super cheap 3 bedroom when it is really just a room in that 3 bedroom.
