When importing details from RentManager etc, sort the items imported in the order of the import, and not alpabetically as present so that amenities can be grouped together to make it easier for a prospective renter to read eg
instead of :dryer,fireplace,washer it would display :dryer,washer,fireplace(following the order from the source)
