Prospects still complete the remainder of the screening questionnaire after the call. And Live Answer follows up to make sure that happens.

We’ve made more listing information available to Live Answer agents. In addition to the essential information they’ve always had — such as beds, baths, pet policy, security deposit, and listing details — Live Answer agents now also have access to:
- The listing title and the first 300 words of the listing description.
- The application link for the listing — which they can text directly to the prospect.
- The listing available date and housing type.
This means more answers for prospects and less questions forwarded to you or your staff.
