Features Discussed Here
Digital Lockboxes are left at a property (usually hung on a door) to store physical keys at the property and provide access to those keys via one-session codes that can be tracked back to individual visitors. Some property managers and owners use ShowMojo to facilitate lockbox showings, or “self showings”, where the prospective renter views the listing unattended. ShowMojo supports many different lockbox types, including mechanical single-code lockboxes. With digital lockboxes you get enhanced additional security and access tracking.
Lockbox Self-Show Insurance is first-party insurance for property managers that choose to conduct lockbox-based self-showings. Lockbox self-show insurance covers property damage and vandalism that is a direct result of the lockbox access functionality without having to invoke homeowner insurance policies to make a claim.
