This afternoon we switched on Showing Feedback Surveys for all accounts!!

This isn’t a beta. And there are no hoops to jump through. After a showing is completed, the schedule-a-showing page automatically becomes a feedback survey. It just works.

And ShowMojo is here to help you get the word out.

If you’re using Follow Up Emails, ShowMojo automatically directs your prospects to a feedback survey.

If you’re not using Follow Up Emails, you can set them up on the Communications Settings page.  (Even if you’re already using Follow Up Emails, you might want to update the email template to encourage your prospects to leave feedback.)

If you’re using lockboxes and you have ShowMojo PHONE, ShowMojo asks the prospect to give feedback after confirming that the property is secure.

If you’ve got ShowMojo PHONE, then ShowMojo sends the prospect a Follow Up Text Message 30 minutes after the showing. You can customize this message on the Communication Settings page.

Wait-a-minute? Did we just Stevenote a post-showing text message follow-up feature? Looks like Christmas came early this year.

When a prospect gives feedback:

  • ShowMojo emails that feedback to the appropriate showing agent and the account owner,
  • ShowMojo includes an aggregate report of the feedback in your Listing Activity Reports, and
  • All completed surveys can be downloaded from the Export page.
