Yes, we know Halloween was yesterday. We weren’t about to compete with all the yummy corn syrup and powdered-skim-milk products being flung from every doorway. So we chose to wait it out.
Today’s newsletter is chock-full of bite-size new features that are actually good for you. And just like your Halloween candy bucket, there’s no organization to any of it.
Let’s dig in.
Block showings on individual listings whenever the need arises. In the past you could block showings on a listing before a specific date. Now you can block showings:
- For a given window (got a little construction activity).
- After a certain date (got an application in hand and don’t want showings scheduled too far out).
Check out our Block Showings on a Listing article to learn more.
Make your pre-showing screening even smarter and reduce the total number of questions. We’ve added an “ask more & restrict” option to Enable Both the Restrict Scheduling and Ask More Details Features on the same custom dropdown question.
You can now share prospect showing feedback with your owners. We’ve added a placeholder to the Listing Activity Reports so you can share that feedback automatically. We know this isn’t for everyone — so the placeholder is not included by default.
While we are on the topic, you can also see the showing feedback that really matters — from both prospects and agents. We’ve added an “All On-Market Listings” filter to the Showing Feedback Report.
Do you have special listings that need special applications? You can now Set Individual Application Links on each listing. These override your account settings for those specific listings.
Review your overall historical and current leasing performance. There are now average-based tiles that provide these details at a glance on the Listing Performance Report and Listing History Report.
Automatically Export Lead Data to Pipedrive. ShowMojo uses Pipedrive as our own sales CRM and we love it.
Six months back, ShowMojo started Text-Messaging Current Occupants About Last-Minute Changes to the showing schedule. You can now find those text messages on the Showing Notification Report alongside the email notification reports that have always been there.
Some of those treats are a little bigger. Some certainly are not for everyone. And yes, perhaps, a treat or two has been sitting around since Easter. But our treats don’t need best-before dates. They are always great.
